I'm a McKee Travel advisor based in the Charlotte, North Carolina region, planning trips for clients across the U.S. My specialties are empty nesters and LGBTQ+ travelers, from river cruises and European land trips to South Africa, Alaska, and Caribbean escapes.
Empty nesters
The kids are grown, the calendar is yours, and you finally get to ask where you want to go. I plan milestone anniversaries, bucket list trips, and long-awaited getaways for couples and friends who want it done right without weeks of research. River cruises with Avalon, Tauck, and Viking are a favorite, along with ocean sailings, mostly with Celebrity.
LGBTQ+ travelers
I plan romantic getaways, honeymoons, celebrations, and group trips for LGBTQ+ couples and friends. My job is to match you with places and properties where you'll be comfortable and welcome, so you can relax and enjoy the trip.

Most of my trips are custom itineraries for individuals and couples. I also coordinate small groups of up to 20 travelers.
Why my planning holds up
I spent more than 20 years in IT sales and 10 years in corporate travel before becoming a leisure advisor. Corporate travel teaches you fast that flights get delayed, weather changes, and plans fall apart. I know who to call and how to fix it, and I'm on your side when it happens. IT sales taught me to listen closely, anticipate what a client hasn't thought of yet, and keep many moving pieces organized.
What working with me looks like
I learn what you want from the trip, build the plan around it, and handle the details so you can show up ready and enjoy it. If something goes sideways while you're traveling, you'll have someone in your corner who's already working on it.
